Fronius String Control

 

With the Fronius String Control 250/25, Fronius now offers a product for professional string monitoring that is particularly suited for large photovoltaic systems connected to Fronius central inverters. The String Control 250/25 can connect up to 25 independent strings with a total current of up to 250 A into a single line, while each line retains its own easy to install fuse.

 


DC-Box 60/12


Fronius has also introduced a DC collection box to be used in tandem with their string control box in grid connected photovoltaic systems with multiple strings. The Fronius DC Box can connect between 6 and 12 module strings together, reducing them to a single DC+ and DC- main cable. This reduces material costs and cable installation time. With an integrated DC disconnect switch, the inverter can be disconnected from a continually operating system for maintenance. The Fronius DC Box 60/12 is designed for use with all Fronius inverters, and has a robust plastic housing that meets IP54 standards and can endure outdoor installation.
