Our Modules. Mitsubishi PV-TJ

A successor to the popular TD-series, the TJ-series is now available in three performance classes. The new polycrystalline modules are equipped with 4 busbars and achieve a cell efficiency over 14 percent with a tolerance of ±3 percent. A newly designed frame allows the modules to withstand loads up to 3600 Pa – this despite their low weight of 20 kilograms and the popular dimensions of 1,66 x 0,99 m, which make mounting the modules a snap.
