Equipped with 48 polycrystalline, iso-texturized cells, and with cell efficiencies of up to 15.6 percent, the new SCHOTT PROTECT™ POLY double paned modules guarantee the highest possible energy yield over the smallest possible area. Thanks to their double paned construction, the solar modules have a load tolerance of 5400 Pa and are resistant to airborne contaminants like ammonia, moisture and condensation. For this reason, SCHOTT provides a 30 year performance guarantee on all double paned modules. Because of their compact size, the modules of the new SCHOTT PROTECT™ POLY series are also especially handy and easy to install.

In general, SCHOTT Solar modules are the leaders in tests of module resilience, because their quality standards demand twice that of the common IEC norms. In a 25 year long-term study done by the renowned Frauenhofer Instititue, SCHOTT Solar modules retained a performance stability of over 90 percent – the highest values of any module in the test!
